*Since one of our primary goals is making the process convenient for our families and volunteers, our staff often modifies the working hours to suit client schedules. If you would like a specific appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you, so call our office to make an appointment or to check if staff is there first. (If you receive a telephone busy signal, staff IS at the office.)
