WHAT IS BOWL FOR KIDS’ SAKE?
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is our largest fundraiser of the year. It is a fun game of bowling with friends, family and co-workers. Our goal for 2010 is $20,000. It will be crucial for us to meet or exceed that goal so we can serve as many children in Fayette County as possible.

HOW CAN YOU HELP US REACH OUR GOAL--$20,000?
You can be a team captain or bowling team member. A team consists of 4 or 5 people and each of you would ask for donations from friends, family, co-workers, or church members. We need at least 80 teams with each bowler raising $50-$70 each, to meet our goal for this year. This sounds hard, but it is very easy to do…all it takes is for each bowler to ask 10 people for a $5 donation. You can ask your friends, family, co-workers, teachers, business people, fellow church members, etc. You would bring the pledge money to Bowl for Kids’ Sake and bowl one game with your teammates. If you are unable to assemble a bowling team, but you would still like to help, you could collect pledge money or give a personal donation.

WHEN AND WHERE IS BOWL FOR KIDS SAKE 2010?
The date is March 7, 2010, and the location is Plaza Lanes. Bowling times will be on the hour from 1-5pm. To get your team the time they want to bowl, call 825-8111 as soon as you can. The number of lanes available for each time slot is limited so don’t delay!

PRIZES!!!
Every bowler who brings in $50 or more in sponsorships will receive a Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2010 t-shirt. Great door prizes will be given away throughout the afternoon including a prize for the bowler who brings in the most sponsorship money. For every $50 you raise, you get 1 more chance to win one of our major prizes!

WHAT DOES THIS COST ME IF I BOWL?
Nothing. Big Brothers Big Sisters will pay for the one team game you bowl and will cover your cost for shoe rental.
